  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink: drain.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat: simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Drain pasta and add to the pan. Cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through.

This was a great recipe, however as I am not a huge fan of the flavour of thyme, I would make this again with less and possible sub in some cilantro instead.  I found the thyme to be a bit overpowering for myself.
